Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may request a return. Personalised Custom Items are final sale and not accepted for returns.
We do not accept exchange.
All the items must be returned within 5 days of the customer receiving their item. Refund will be issued after we receive the item and may take about 3 business days to process.
Since each piece is individually handcrafted to order, all returns or order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 2 hours of when you placed the order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins they cannot be cancelled without incurring a restocking fee.
You are fully responsible for the value and condition of the item, while you possess it. You are fully responsible if a pice of jewelry was damaged, chipped, scratched, recut or have any other changes.
All returns must be made only by insured registered postal services.Return postage and insurance must be paid by the customer.
All transactions are subjected to Arizona and US Law. The USA is the place of jurisdiction for both.
